Registration Open for Interested Participants abroad or in Nepal
Stakeholders Consultation Meeting in a run-up to
Nepal Development Forum (NDF), 2009
Dear All,
Ministry of Finance is conducting Stakeholder Consultation Meetings as follows [click here for program] in a run-up to the meeting of Nepal Development Forum scheduled for 12-14 May, 2009 (29-31 Baishakh, 2066). The meetings will cover four themes: (a) Nepal's Development Roadmap (b) Economic Reforms and the Road Ahead, (c) Nepal Foreign Aid Policy and Aid Effectiveness, and, (d) Trade, Investment and Private Sector Development.
You may wish to participate in and contribute to any of the above areas by filling out the form [download here] and sending (by attachment or fax) to the following contact address on or before March 31, 2009. There is no registration fee for participation. For those currently living out of Nepal will have to bear all the costs relating to participation (air fair, accommodation, transportation etc). As soon as the Ministry of Finance accepts your participation, you will be notified by email. Don't miss out this opportunity to utilize knowledge and experiences that you have earned so hard for building new Nepal.
Biratnagar (one day meeting): Chaitra 23, 2065 (April 5, 2009)
Pokhara (one day meeting): Chaitra 31, 2065 (April 13, 2009)
Kathmandu (three days meeting): Baishakh 2-4, 2065 (April 15-17, 2009)
